Hi,

I’m Bec - Your Pilates instructor, wellness guide and biggest support in creating a connected relationship with your body.

Since launching in 2023, I’ve been helping Adelaide Hills locals reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and intentional wellness. My approach blends Pilates, functional strength and movement that meets you where you are - physically, emotionally and energetically.

I pride myself in creating a safe and supportive space to exercise where fitness isn’t about perfection or punishment. It’s about trust, awareness and building sustainable exercise and wellness habits. Whether you are brand new to movement and exercise, healing physically or emotionally, or just ready to start your Pilates journey - I am here to support and guide you.

My goal is to help you optimise partnership with your body, embrace movement as a form of self-love and feel more empowered.
